  • Have you managed B2B customers in a SaaS company before? 
  • Are you good at figuring out the real needs of customers, and helping your organization adapt? 
  • Do you have a degree in engineering, economics or similar, so that you are comfortable with numbers and equations?

  • Can you create structure in a chaotic and rapidly changing environment?

Our SaaS climate-calculation platform is is attracting customers at an exponential rate. We are commited to giving our customers a nice experience, and hope that you can help us. We need a customer success engineer to help us automate onboarding, customer feedback and support. You will report to our CEO David and be part of our customer-facing team. The position requires context switching between manually helping customers, and figuring out how to structure & automate our customer journey. The entire company is built on a culture of finding radical improvements to work flows, doing things in ways that can survive exponential scale. Besides automating your own workflows, you will help the product design team locate & implement key UX improvements.

We are revolutionizing how climate footprint assessments are being done and to do that our customers need to get the perfect experience. Our mission is to get every food producer in the world on our platform. Your task of getting everything customer-related delivered on time and with top-notch quality will be an essential part in achieving that. In your daily work, you will not follow a manual, but actively develop how things are done. There is great potential to grow in this role. Working here is a great way to try out new things and push your comfort zone, if you want to. We don't have a specialist in every area yet, counting on the team being flexible and stepping in wherever needed. Some of us stick to our ordinary job descriptions, but we also have developers trying out sales, and designers doing marketing.

We are flexible with hours and remote work where needed, trusting everyone to do their best to work in a way that's effective. We're currently doing a mixed setup with some people working remotely full time. We are looking forward to working together at the office after the pandemic!
