As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will guide and support our customers from excited newcomers to active and happy long-term users of our platform. You will focus on onboarding, building relationships, and expanding our collaboration with our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity for people, you can quickly understand their needs and questions and find the right answer and appropriate solution.
You are proactive and data-driven, you answer questions before they arise, and you can guide and facilitate the customers’ self-service. Together, we will understand the customer journey and the key moments that make using CarbonCloud an extraordinary experience.
Since we are in an intense expansion phase, our ideal new CSM has made a couple of Customer Success journeys before. You understand the processes, you have seen the playbooks and worked in systems that aspire to build the best customer experience in the world.
You will:
Onboard and collaborate with our customers to plan and establish strategic goals and key performance indicators.
Become a guide for our customers and help them reach their objectives while making the most out of CarbonCloud. Become a guide for CarbonCloud on customer needs and how the organization can help them.
Drive customer expansion and manage renewals: You are a key player in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base that increase our revenue.
Forecast and mitigate risks related to customer renewals and retention.
Provide insights on the availability and applicability of new CarbonCloud features that fulfill customers' needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Customer Success, preferably from a SaaS Startup.
Versatile team player. You can succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor and excellence.
Excellent communication and relationship skills; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming obstacles, and conducting strategic customer communications.
You are a self-starter with a natural talent for establishing effective working relationships in an open and approachable manner.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated consistent achievement of key metrics: Retention, Expansion, and Customer Feedback.
Pedagogical, with an ability to easily explain things in a simple way.
Additional information:
Fixed monthly salary with an additional attractive rewards system
Scope: Full-time employment (with a 6-month probationary period)
30 days of vacation annually

We do climate footprint calculations for food producers, insights on where to improve, and transparency to consumers through packaging labels. The science is hard, the product is simple. We are building a global network of climate calculations - improve one calculation, and the others react.
