As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will support our customers from sign-up to active and happy long-term users of our product. You will focus on onboarding, customer loyalty, and building relationships. With love for people and curiosity, you quickly understand their needs, what to do next, and answer their questions. 

You are proactive and data-driven and try to facilitate customer self-service by being a great guide and answering questions before they arise. 

Together, we will understand the customer journey and the crucial moments that make using CarbonCloud an extraordinary experience.

Since we are in an intense expansion phase, we need you to have made a couple of Customer Success journeys before. You understand the processes, have seen the playbooks, and worked in proper systems with the ambition to build the best customer experience in the world.

Working here is a great way to try out new things and push your comfort zone, if you want to. We don't have a specialist in every area yet, counting on the team being flexible and stepping in wherever needed. Some of us stick to our ordinary job descriptions, but we also have developers trying out sales, and designers doing marketing.

We are flexible with hours and remote work where needed, trusting everyone to do their best to work in a way that's effective. We're currently doing a mixed setup with some people working remotely full time. We are looking forward to working together at the office after the pandemic!
