At CarbonCloud, we're on a mission to address climate change by empowering food and beverage companies worldwide to be truly data driven in their climate work. Our SaaS enables food and beverage players to identify, track, report, and optimize their climate footprints throughout the supply chains.
Your responsibilities as an Account Executive will be to:
- Building your pipeline.
- Work with executing on booked meetings by our SDR team and convert these prospects into paying customers
- Manage prospects of all sizes and from several international markets
- Work actively with social selling through LinkedIn and connect with relevant peers in the industry

- Prior B2B SaaS sales experience: Demonstrate a track record of success in B2B software sales, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer needs.
- Goal-oriented: Find motivation in setting and surpassing targets, and revel in celebrating achievements alongside your team.
- Commitment to excellence: Uphold high standards in all aspects of your work, championing best practices and processes to elevate team performance.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively and persuasively, with the ability to navigate negotiations and presentations, particularly with C-Suite executives.

- Balanced independence and teamwork: Possess the ability to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to team goals while achieving individual targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of B2B Saas sales experience in a start-up phase in the Nordics.
- Negotiating and presenting to C-suite
- Experience in enterprise sales, SLG (€50-100k)
- Demonstrating a proven ability to drive revenue growth and forge lasting client relationships.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling seamless interaction with both clients and colleagues.
Additional information:
- Salary: Fixed month salary with attractive bonus model
- Scope: Full-time employment (with a 6-month probationary period)
