What you will do
You will make sure that CarbonCloud brings on board top-talent with the right mindset at the right time, onboard them smoothly and efficiently and, in the rare case, off-board them as smoothly. You will have full mandate on recruitment and other HR projects. In addition, you will act as a sparring partner for our recruiting managers and our employees. Over time, your role will expand as we build up CarbonCloud’s full HR capabilities. Our employees are top priority and you will work closely with management and be a key player in all decisions relating to your area.

Full cycle recruitment
Creating job descriptions and choosing the right channels, administering our ATS, interviewing candidates
Proactively developing sourcing strategies and activities, seeking out talent, and nurturing relationships.
Lead recruitment activities internally
Lead briefing meetings with our hiring managers, providing labor market insights, explaining the recruiting process, setting roles and accountability, monitoring and improving relevant KPIs.
Support of the On- & Off-Boarding processes and take an active role in creating and adjusting HR processes (e.g., training and development, employer branding, company culture, company events & benefits).
Advance CarbonCloud’s HR game
You keep an eye on new HR trends, evaluate them, and implement them for CarbonCloud.
- Over time, leading the HR department with increasing responsibilities: Salary levels, working with internal career paths, tax-related issues, employing from abroad, work environment, benefits, etc.
- 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in recruiting
- Background in fast-moving tech, preferably SaaS or similar.
- Excellent communications and networking skills and the ability to quickly build relationships .
- A team player, willing to acquire new skills, and with a good sense for people
- Analytical thinker – you enjoy getting insights from data and making data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (we work in an international work environment with English as primary working language).
- Basic knowledge of labor law and keen on keeping up with HR best practices.
- Hands-on with an outgoing attitude, combined with a result-driven, long-term vision.
