What you will do
You will make sure that CarbonCloud brings on board top-talent with the right mindset at the right time, and help out with the process of onboarding them smoothly and efficiently. You will act as a sparring partner for our recruiting managers.

You can easily connect with people, both internal and external. You have an agile mindset and are solution oriented. You enjoy working independently and at the same time understand the need to be in close cooperation with the rest of the organization to find the perfect candidates for various roles.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment - Creating job descriptions and choosing the right channels, administrating our ATS, interviewing candidates, in close collaboration with hiring managers.
- Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Design a scalable recruitment process based on best practices, ensuring a top candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pool.
- Measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPI’s.
- Engage in Employer Branding initiatives and onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in recruiting.
- Experience with candidate search, both in Sweden and abroad.
- Background in fast-moving tech, preferably SaaS or similar.
- Experience working with a scale-up company.
- Excellent communications and networking skills and the ability to quickly build relationships .
- A team player, willing to acquire new skills, and with a good sense for people.
- Fluency in English and preferably Swedish as well (we work in an international work environment with English as primary working language).
- Hands-on with an outgoing attitude, combined with a result-driven, long-term vision.
